We selected Entire on a recommendation from our realtor after meeting several builders. It was the right decision for us as it was a complete package from design to permit to build to landscape. Zak did a great job on the design and Brandon did all the day to day management as well as giving us options on in progress changes. Very responsive and we were updated almost daily via their management website which posted daily status logs and photos. We are pleased with our choice and have a beautiful home, thanks guys!

Working with Entire Construction was by far the best decision my husband and I made when it came to building our home. From the actual design of the home to the day to day process, they made it very easy. Zak, We are slowly settling back into our new house and making it our home. From start to finish, Entire made building the house of our dreams easier than we ever could have imagined. We fell in love with their work after seeing their E Street builds and knew they were the builders for us. Their attention to detail and communication during the whole process was beyond impressive. Believe me — we had a ton of questions and Zak answered every single one of them without batting an eye. Looking for a home in the St. Augustine area, we came across a wonderful property with a home being built on it by Entire Inc. General Contractors. At the time of purchase the home had already been framed out, with siding and roof complete. Still, the stud walls still had no drywall on them which was great for me as it gave a chance to see how well and solid the home was being put together. We saw the care given to insulation, ductwork, electrical as well as pre-planned low voltage wiring allowing us to equip our new home with many technological amenities later. We were very impressed how well thought out the approach by these builders to modern living. Also, our electric bills have averaged $72 each month. I'm thrilled about that! The eco efficient, spray foam and R19 insulation, and LED lighting have been fantastic.Throughout the entire (no pun) process, each request or question we had was answered promptly with a wonderful 'can-do' attitude. The owner, Zak is super-easy to deal with and exhibit a great deal of care for his clients needs. Not sure what the future ever brings, but if it brings another new home into our life Entire Inc. will be our first choice to build it.

Entire Inc. is a wonderful company to work with. They built me a beautiful house, stayed within our original budget and the quality of their construction was quite superior. Even though I was unable to be in the area while my house was being built, they were great about sending pictures and keeping me up to date. Zak is honest, creative and hardworking. While I have only been in my house for 5 months, I can tell it was exceptionally well built and any problem I have had (all very small) Entire, Inc. has taken care of right away. I have had a couple people stay with us who have experienced the custom home building process, and all have said the house looked like it was very well built and the finishes were above average. I firmly believe Zak was very fair with the cost of the house – think he may have even done some things above what I paid for. The extra tall 1x6 baseboards were certainly not what I expected, but I think that is just one of the many things that adds to the exceptional quality and overall look of the house. Little things like this are a good example of what is considered "basic" in the homes Entire, Inc. builds. Based on the stories I have heard from friends who have built homes in the past, I was very surprised with the final walk through, there were very few minor things (so minor I don’t even recall what they were). I have received  a lot of compliments on the entire house, in particular the floor – which Zak actually picked out.  Zak has  great taste and knows exactly what it takes to build a terrific house!

Entire Inc. has been an amazing business to work with to create our perfect beach oasis, even from afar.  Zak is very professional and fun to work with and best of all he can deliver.  We had our home built while we had to be out of the area; we did not have any concerns with the quality or timeline of our projects completion.  Zak will give you exactly what you want, respond promptly whenever you have a question, and provide unique and beautiful insights to their projects.  Entire even gave us more than we expected!
