Building Process

This is the first step in building a home on your lot, or your future lot. It’s our perception that it is essential that you trust us, your builder. When you choose Entire, Inc. you will have an open line of communication. We will work as a liaison between you and our in house designer to give the flow you're looking for in a home design, and what will best suit the lot it's going to be built on, all the while listening to your wishes, desired amenities, location preferences, price point, etc. We strive to have an open relationship with our customers from the get go. We encourage them to reach out to us and communicate throughout the building process, and we will do the same.

After a Design/Build contract is agreed upon by all parties, together we will design your home with the desired amenities: From flooring to fixtures, bedroom sizes, garages, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, elevation, kitchen specs, roof pitch, style of architecture, square footage, lot size, and any kind of ARB requirement that might be involved. Once we come to a final preliminary design, we will competitively bid the project to determine the total cost to construct.

By now, you will have met our team and discover what makes Entire, Inc. the right choice. We realize it’s the little things that make a difference, and we are here to make this an fun, and stress free process. It’s important for us to inform you of what to expect throughout the building process. After a meeting that gives you a clear understanding of the contracts, we will get to work on the items needed to obtain a building permit in order to fulfill the specifications and steps ahead. Then our preferred trades and vendors can get to work and your home will begin to shine! We value your investment and build every home like it is our own. The home is complete, but we are not going far. We will meet with you prior to moving in for final customer walkthroughs as well as home orientation, and fulfillment process. Together we will create a punch list, should there be anything to punch­out, and complete those items in a timely fashion.​W​e have a home warranty system in place that allows you to address any warranty items for 1 full year. Any issues relating to items covered under warranty are addressed ASAP. This is where Entire, Inc. strives to prove its commitment to our clients and their visions far down the road.
